Wikipedia Reputation & Editing

We provide ethical Wikipedia editing, notability assessments, and ongoing accuracy maintenance. Our process is transparent and built strictly around what Wikipedia's volunteer community will actually accept.

The Encyclopaedia That Defines You

Wikipedia is not just another website. For most notable people and organisations, it is the single most influential page on the open web. It almost always ranks in Google's top three results for a name, powers a substantial share of Knowledge Panels, and feeds voice assistants. The snippets Google reads aloud when someone asks "who is..".

It matters even more today because Wikipedia is one of the most heavily weighted sources used to train major AI models. When ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude or Copilot describe a person or a company, they are mostly paraphrasing Wikipedia. A single inaccurate sentence on Wikipedia can influence thousands of AI-generated answers for years.

That makes Wikipedia a high-leverage asset and a high-risk one. Get it right and it becomes a permanent, trusted reference. Get it wrong, or leave it unmonitored, and a stale fact, a defamatory edit, or a botched promotional draft can quietly shape your reputation everywhere else.

Wikipedia is also unusually unforgiving for the unprepared. It is built and policed by tens of thousands of volunteer editors who look closely for verifiability, neutrality, and promotional language. They spot a press-release tone instantly. They spot primary-sourced biographies and undisclosed paid editing. The right approach is not to outsmart that community. It is to work with it, openly, on its own terms. That is the exact approach we take.

What We Actually Do

Four focused workstreams - each grounded in Wikipedia's own policies, not in marketing promises we can't keep.

01

Notability Assessment

We manage the entire lifecycle through a strict, transparent workflow. Before doing anything else, we assess whether a subject genuinely meets Wikipedia's strict notability guidelines. This means checking for significant coverage in multiple reliable, independent secondary sources. If the answer is no, we tell you directly.

02

Article Creation

Where notability is established, we draft in a strict neutral tone, cite reliable independent sources for every meaningful claim, and submit drafts through the formal Articles for Creation review process. An independent volunteer reviewer signs off before anything goes public.

03

Existing Article Editing

For existing articles, we fix factual inaccuracies, address policy breaches, and supply missing context. We do this entirely through talk-page edit requests with full conflict-of-interest disclosure. We never silently rewrite articles about our own clients.

04

Ongoing Monitoring

Wikipedia articles change constantly. We watchlist your page and flag unsourced negative additions for quick reversion, and maintain a running record of citations so the article stays accurate as new coverage appears. We also keep an eye on related Wikidata entries and projects, as these feed Knowledge Panels directly.

Our Process

How Wikipedia Work Actually Runs

1

Audit

We start with a detailed written audit of your sources and overall notability. Our team maps out every reliable, independent link that exists about you online, flags any major content gaps, and checks your background for previous deletion debates. Then we give you an honest verdict using a simple green, amber, or red rating system. You get to review this entire evaluation before you ever commit to any actual drafting work.

2

Build or Edit

When we build a new article, we draft everything in a private user space first, cite every single claim meticulously, and submit the piece through the official Articles for Creation queue. For pages that are already live, we place clear, evidence-based edit requests directly on the talk page alongside a full disclosure of our conflict of interest. Either way, the final decision always rests with independent community reviewers, which is the exact safeguard that makes a Wikipedia page valuable to hold.

3

Maintain

Once your page goes live or stabilises, we track it continuously to revert blatant vandalism, report unsourced details to platform administrators, and pitch formal updates whenever new coverage comes out. Wikipedia functions as a living document, meaning reputation work here is a long-term maintenance job rather than a quick, one-off project. We also watch your connected Wikidata profiles and related sister platforms, since those files feed search engine Knowledge Panels directly and can fall out of sync when the main article changes.

Wikipedia Questions

What is Wikipedia reputation management?

Wikipedia's reputation management is simply the ethical practice of keeping an article accurate, neutral, and properly sourced. It involves looking closely at whether a topic meets guidelines, drafting neutrally, fixing mistakes, and watching out for vandalism, all while being completely open about who we are working for.

Can you guarantee my Wikipedia article won't be deleted?

No one can honestly guarantee that a page will never be deleted. The site is run by independent volunteer editors who vote on whether a topic belongs. What we do is give you a straight answer about your chances before starting, write everything to fit the strict rules on neutral language, and submit drafts through the formal review queue. If your background is borderline, we tell you immediately instead of taking your money for something that will probably get taken down.

What's Wikipedia's notability requirement?

To get a page, a subject has to meet a high bar for what the community calls notability. This means you need deep coverage in multiple reliable, independent news or academic sources. Things like your own website, press releases, paid interviews, or social media pages do not count at all. For companies, routine business updates, funding rounds, or product launches usually are not enough to pass.

Is paid Wikipedia editing allowed?

Paid editing is allowed, but only if you are completely honest about it. The platform terms state that any paid writer must explicitly disclose their client on their profile and on the article discussion board. Hiding this is a massive rule break that can get accounts blocked, pages locked, and cause major embarrassment. We always disclose our role, use transparent accounts, and post changes to discussion pages rather than editing live text directly.

What if there are inaccuracies in my existing article?

If your live page contains errors, defamation, or unsourced claims, those things can usually be fixed. However, you cannot just log in and delete them yourself. The right way is to post a clear request on the article talk page backed up by solid sources. We write up those evidence-backed requests, point out clear rule breaches, and talk directly with the community. Most reasonable, well-sourced fixes get accepted by the volunteers.

How does Wikipedia affect Google rankings?

A live article almost always lands in the top three Google results for a name and directly feeds the Knowledge Panel on the right side of the page. It is also one of the heaviest sources used to train major AI models, meaning what the site says about you is usually exactly what AI tools will say about you. A clean, accurate page is one of the most powerful tools you can have for your digital presence.
