Services FAQs
What reputation management services does Repflection offer?
Repflection offers 12 specialised services covering everything from standard reputation management, content removal, and suppression to deepfake takedowns, personal branding, Wikipedia support, AI/LLM optimisation, and crisis response.
Which Repflection service is right for me?
We always suggest starting with a comprehensive, one-off audit. From there, most people move into ongoing brand development; if you need aggressive suppression, Wikipedia, AI/LLM or crisis cover, we scope a broader programme. We will always give you an honest recommendation on which path to take after reviewing your audit results.
Do you offer crisis response or one-off projects?
Absolutely. Alongside ongoing management, we regularly take on one-off engagements. This includes single-article removal projects, urgent crisis response, GDPR delisting requests, and Wikipedia notability assessments. Because crisis work is highly situational, we scope it out individually and quote it as a flat project fee. Just reach out with the specifics of your situation, and we'll send over a tailored quote within 24 hours.
What's the difference between content removal and content suppression?
Removal eliminates the content right at the source. The original article has been taken down entirely, meaning the search result disappears from the internet completely. While removal is permanent, it isn't always legally or practically possible. Suppression keeps the content online but uses reverse SEO to push it entirely off page one, burying it where most users never look. Suppression works for virtually any content, but it does require sustained, ongoing activity to keep those bad links down. Most situations call for a strategic mix of both.
Do you work with international clients?
Yes, we do. While Repflection is headquartered in the UK, we actively work with clients across the US, Ireland, Canada, Australia, and the EU. Handling UK GDPR and EU right-to-be-forgotten requests is a core specialism of ours, running alongside our US and global search result management services.
How long until I see results?
Most clients see measurable improvements within 4 to 8 weeks. Quick wins like claiming key profiles, handling straightforward GDPR delistings, and optimising your social media often land within the very first two weeks. Deeper suppression campaigns typically deliver full page-one results within 3 to 6 months, while shifting your sentiment across AI/LLM engines takes about 8 to 14 weeks.
